In a large bowl, mix whole milk and sugar together until sugar is dissolved.

Add the whipping cream and vanilla and mix well.

Pour into your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's directions.

While the ice cream is churning, melt the chocolate chips along with the coconut oil in a small pan over low heat on the stove. After melted, set aside to cool slightly.

When ice cream is done churning transfer to an airtight container, layering with the graham cracker pieces, marshmallow creme, and drizzling each layer with the melted chocolate.

Freeze for several hours or overnight.
