Pie Crust for Ice Cream

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. water
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. You may need to use your hands to get the dough to come together in a ball.
  2. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a pie plate. Prick with a fork.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-11 minutes. Let cool before adding to ice cream This recipe makes enough crust for at least two batches of ice cream.
