Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter (not natural)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, blend the peanut butter and sugar with a hand mixer.

  2. Add the vanilla and milk and blend on low speed with the hand mixer until everything is smooth.

  3. Add the heavy whipping cream and whisk gently by hand until everything is well incorporated.

  4. Add the mixture to your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's directions. Ice cream should be soft-serve consistency in 30 minutes or less.

  5. While the ice cream is churning, melt the chocolate chips over low heat on the stove or in the microwave on the defrost setting, stirring every 30 seconds.

  6. Transfer the ice cream into an airtight freezer container in layers, drizzling melted chocolate over each layer.
