Super Moist Cornbread

Ingredients
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of juice from a can of corn
  • 1/2 cup canned corn drained
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, using a whisk to break up the egg.
  4. Stir in the corn.
  5. Pour into a greased 8x8 baking pan and bake for 23-25 minutes.
