Easy Pork Roast

  • 2-3 lb. pork roast
  • salt
  • pepper
  • poultry seasoning
  1. Put the fresh or frozen pork roast in the crock pot.
  2. If using a fresh roast, pour 1/4-1/2 cup of water in the bottom of the pot.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a liberal amount of poultry seasoning.
  4. Cover and cook on high for four hours, or low for eight hours.
