Place sliced pears in bottom of pie plate.

Mix the 1 tsp. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon together and sprinkle over the pears.

Mix the rest of the ingredients and spoon over the top of the pears (the topping will be very thick but will spread out as it bakes).

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve warm.
