Melt the bark in a saucepan on the stove over low heat, stirring frequently.

When completely melted, pour onto waxed paper on the counter or on a cookie sheet. Spread out to desired thickness.

Coarsely chop your candied orange peels and sprinkle them over the top of the bark while the bark is still soft.

Place in the refrigerator for about a half hour to harden. Then break or cut into pieces.
