Pumpkin Pie Milkshake

  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2-1 cup milk cream, half and half, almond milk, or soy milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. cloves
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg plus more for sprinkling on top if desired
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  1. Add all ingredients to a powerful blender and blend well.
  2. Add more milk (or any of the other options listed) until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with a sprinkle of nutmeg, whipped cream, or crushed graham crackers.
Recipe Notes

You may want to blend this in two batches if it won't all fit in your blender.
