Tuna Salad

Ingredients

head of iceberg lettuce
chopped
3/4
cup
fresh or frozen peas
no need to thaw or cook the peas
1/4
cup
diced red onion
1
can of tuna
drained
1
cup
grated cheddar cheese
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
Instructions
Put all the ingredients except the mayonnaise into a large bowl and toss until well incorporated.
Fold in the mayonnaise.
Chill until ready to eat.
