Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  • 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen peas no need to thaw or cook the peas
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 can of tuna drained
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients except the mayonnaise into a large bowl and toss until well incorporated.
  2. Fold in the mayonnaise.
  3. Chill until ready to eat.
