Melissa, Thanks for nice collection of summertime recipes. The steak salad mentioned in your email was missing. Also, I’m finding the recipes you selected contain a lot of sugar. I reduce the sugar when I cook. Please consider recipes with less honey and sugar. Folks shouldn’t become accustom to relying on sugar to flavor their savory food. As a wife of a diabetic I’m aware of the use of sweet flavorings so Caramel Pork and Brown Sugar Pineapple Chicken sound gross to me!

Hi Jeri. I am also aware of sugar and often try to reduce it for my family as well! I will try in the future to select recipes with less sugar.
