Refund policy for the HOME Girl Organizing Experience

The HOME Girl Organizing Experience offers a 180-Day money-back guarantee.

In order to qualify for a refund, you must have completed the entire program and be able to offer proof of your work. The experience is crafted to take 90 days, so you have double that time to complete the program before you ask for your money back.

This proof consists of:

Each assignment on the program platform being checked off as “complete.”

Before and after pictures of your home as specified in the HOME Girl Organizing Experience.

You can request a refund by emailing Melissa Howell at melissa@beautifullifeandhome.com. Refunds will be granted by Stripe, the payment processor used for all purchases of the program. The refund will be applied to the same credit card you used for purchase. 

Refunds must be requested within 180 days of your purchase date.
