How to Fix Cooking and Baking Mistakes

When I first got married, I was not a very good cook. (Just ask my husband). But over the years, I’ve learned quite a lot, and now people call me a “gourmet cook,” although that is a vast overstatement. (I guess if you were to see my Easy Chocolate Cheesecake, Vanilla Berries and Cream Cake, or Chocolate Pumpkin Marble Cake, you might think I was a gourmet cook!)
